Professional background

15 years' experience in international development and global health, currently focused in large-scale digital transformation. I'm American but first came to Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer working on food security and sustainable agriculture in Senegal. Since then I moved into the ICT4D space and have implemented large-scale digitization programs, mostly inside national health systems, partnered with governments in Ethiopia, Malawi, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. Currently based in Cape Town, consulting for governments and iNGOs looking to leverage digital technology for social good.
